Ginger Chicken with Broccoli

0.5 kg chicken breasts – chopped
1 broccoli

2 Tbsp minced Ginger
1 large Onion sliced
3 gloves of Garlic minced

0.25 cup soya sauce
2 Tbsp white vinegar
2 Tbsp honey

0.5 cup of sliced green onions

1.5 Tbsp Olive Oil


heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat and add the chopped chicken
stir for 8 minutes to cook
remove chicken from pan and add onion, garlic and ginger
after a while add soya sauce, vinegar and honey
after 1 minute add broccoli and cover
after 5 minutes add chicken back into pan
stir in green onions
