I love Crepes!

This cooking recipe has become one of my favourites now. It is not really a “cooking” recipe, because it is soo easy and sooo fun and anybody can do it.
There are only some few tips you have to take care of in order not to ruin your crepe.
You can make it for your breakfast or take it to college or work as snacks or even make a whole meal out of it!
There are many ways to make crepes, just google it and you will see.
But I will choose here the simplest way that I have tried several times and is very delicious.

What you will need:

milk

flour (de2ee2)

eggs

salt
(sugar & vanilla)

small round frying pan (tasa) preferably non-stick (tefal)
oil
oil brushundefined

egg mixer

something to take a small portion with:

My Basic Crepe Recipe (to make 7 crepes):

1 1/4 cup flour (de2ee2)
1 1/2 cup milk
2 eggs
1/2 tablespoon salt

Steps:

First, mix the ingredients together with the egg mixer.
undefined
Prepare the small frying pan by brushing it with oil.

Put the Pan on low heat until the oil is hot.
Pour a small Portion of the crepe mix into the pan.

Move the pan a little for the mix to cover all of it.

Wait for 3:30 to 4:00 minutes (there are faster ways all around the net, but this is the one I tried and it looks perfectly with low heat),

then turn it on the other side.

Wait for another one minute then put it in a plate and repeat the above steps another six times for the remaining mix and you have seven crepes ready!

Filling Crepes:

My favourite crepes are crepe with sausages, with icing sugar (sokkar bodra) or honey and with nutella.
But you can put inside it anything you like.

Let’s see what I have done with them:

The Sour Crepe:

I have put some Mayonnaise…..

after boiling water in the boiler, I put the sausages in it on moderate heat with some drops of oil for 5 minutes.

You can also use cheese and mozzarella with the sausages:

Then I put it for 1 minute in the microwave !

The Sweet Crepe

and with icing sugar:

It can also be filled with nutella, yum yum!!

We bel hana wel shefa! 🙂

You can find other nice fillings here:

Here is also a nice crepe video!

And, well, it took me about an hour to make seven sour and seven sweet crepes, … but it took me muuuuuch more to make this post for you :).

Have a Great Day!
