This cooking recipe has become one of my favourites now. It is not really a “cooking” recipe, because it is soo easy and sooo fun and anybody can do it.
There are only some few tips you have to take care of in order not to ruin your crepe.
You can make it for your breakfast or take it to college or work as snacks or even make a whole meal out of it!
There are many ways to make crepes, just google it and you will see.
But I will choose here the simplest way that I have tried several times and is very delicious.
What you will need:
something to take a small portion with:
My Basic Crepe Recipe (to make 7 crepes):
1 1/4 cup flour (de2ee2)
1 1/2 cup milk
1/2 tablespoon salt
First, mix the ingredients together with the egg mixer.
Prepare the small frying pan by brushing it with oil.
Put the Pan on low heat until the oil is hot.
Pour a small Portion of the crepe mix into the pan.
Move the pan a little for the mix to cover all of it.
Wait for 3:30 to 4:00 minutes (there are faster ways all around the net, but this is the one I tried and it looks perfectly with low heat),
My favourite crepes are crepe with sausages, with icing sugar (sokkar bodra) or honey and with nutella.
But you can put inside it anything you like.
